MY PHILOSOPHY
At our first meeting, I always ask my clients what it is they’d love to achieve. Discuss any medical issues so we can taylor the perfect plan. So many times the response I get is that they have simply "hit a wall' with their previous training or workout plans. I’ve learned over the years the importance of having a clear vision in place right from the get-go to avoid hitting that dreaded wall.

Forget the hassle of driving out and trying gym after gym, club after club. We’ll simply come to you and train you in your own comfort zone.
My signature style is a very friendly and patient approach taking things at your own pace, allowing you to reach your fitness targets. This is why I feel so passionate about coaching, as it’s as important to me as it is to you in your fitness journey.
MY STORY
My journey into boxing and fitness started over 15 years ago. After retiring from football after a serious double leg fracture. I needed a new sport to remain in and to sustain my fitness.
This is where I first sampled the sport of boxing. Yes, I was the nervous lad hiding at the back of the class and did get a bloody nose in my second or third week, did it put me off? Not a chance. I stuck it out, moved around a couple of clubs and after 6 - 8 months I actually got pretty good and developed this confidence that I’d never had before. I made it into my clubs boxing squad and went on to have a few bouts. Which was absolutely amazing, the feeling of walking out to the ring and having people cheering you is a next level feeling and made all the hard work seem worth it.
I then went on to gaining my ABA coaching certificate, a boxing conditioning award and various other coaching qualifications. I’ve since coached in schools, youth clubs, gyms, received funding to coach people less fortunate and young people with challenging behaviours.
It really is my passion to continue to pass my experience and enthusiasm onto people that really want to make a difference to their lives and improve how they feel.
It absolutely worked wonders for me.
